Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HandDryerUSA.com, we offer free shipping via UPS Ground for orders within the contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We offer same-day shipping for orders made before 5 pm ET. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will promptly contact you to provide an update and, if necessary, issue a full refund.

HANDLING, DELIVERY & ORDER CUT OFF TIME:

Handling time is (0-1) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time is (1-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 5 PM ET for same-day shipping.

After completing your order checkout, you will receive an emailed invoice/receipt and, later, a notification confirming the order shipment and tracking number. You can review the status of your order via the UPS website.

CANCELING ORDERS:
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped. Contact us by phone or mail within 24 hours of placing your order.
